I was the typical Mumbaikar this weekend and took a one and half day break in Lonavala. Everytime I visit the countryside I'm struck by how everything around me is earthy and very real. The soil is red, roads are smooth, but not always. The men are ALL dressed in white kurta, pyjamas and nehru topis and they seem to be chilling. The women are in saris and all seem to be working!
I actually loved the way he/she has described the country side ....
BTW, am working really hard on completing my article on Lonavala Resorts, any details on your experiences of staying in any of the resorts in Lonavala would be much appreciated.
