Yay on the weight loss--sorry about the pain in your elbow. Owie. I'm kind of afraid to ask the doctor about a persistent but mild pain behind my left knee. Think I pulled something, too.

Usually I stubborn the pain out, but this time, after a cortisone shot lasted less than two months, I figured it was probably something other than the usual injury. At this point I want it fixed and my life back... even if it means surgery.

Sides I could use the vacay from work. *snicker*
