Hermione and Ron aren't really trying. They are concerned with how quickly Harry apparently fell in love, but they're beginning to accept that this is a real relationship and Harry is happy.

I love how secure Harry is in their bond! The timing of the howler was pretty brutal for Draco--to be disowned right after Harry returns from their first longish voluntary separation.

In some ways, more secure than Draco is right now, despite understanding less about how Veela work!
