To be honest, I don't like that Harry was demoted!

(He was always going to be the leader in anything he did, and it just seems rather spiteful of Draco).

As usual, it is a well-written story, just not that appealing to me.

Well, Draco could see how genuinely unhappy Harry was. And Harry wasn't doing a good job because of that unhappiness. If he ever wants to return to it, then it's possible he could.
