Losing Lucius really seems to have shaken poor Cissy - enough that she managed to find herself on the wrong side of Riddle's wand. Tom truly doesn't understand the bond between a mother and her child. He's pretty much sealed his own fate by putting Draco in a no-win situation - Draco has nothing to lose and everything to gain by helping destroy him. I'm rooting for Draco to remember the information about Nagini either when he wakes up or sees the snake.
