somehow i got the feeling this chapter was full of growth - especially george - he got around for harry, took back his traitor remark and he could stand that draco talked to harry at the same time as he was in the room, thats remarkable process for him through all his grieve and sadness, but also harry seeing that self sacrifice can no longer be the only way to defend and fight for him is really growing
and i really like your spell idea with the cat- that was very fun to read, even more so because it seemed to surprise draco very much and the "because that is the form the spell took" answer was great to his sharp remark
great work once again
