Though I agree that the morality of the issue definitely weighs in on my hatred for what these people are doing, the reason that they are doing is (incurring Harry's wrath) is ridiculous! Particularly after what Harry did to Gorenson. Oh well. I'm happy to see an political ally for Draco understands that if they don't provoke Harry, he won't have to react in kind. Also loved that the students were feeding Harry pretty much in the last chapter, and I really love Ron. He offsets the annoying disposition of Hermione.
The Ministry are doing it partially as a distraction, and partially because they think that if they can lure Harry into doing something destructive, maybe the public will join the Ministry's fight against him instead of just being afraid of him. But that isn't going to work out the way they want it too.

Harry won't destroy the whole Ministry, but he will hunt down the people responsible for this latest outrage and squish them.

Loved the episode. The sex scene was very sweet and I'm glad Harry learnt more about the ones trying to hurt the foals.
