OMG!! Poor Harry, what a cliff-hanger! The beast is really disgusting, no wonder Harry's mind wants to run away. I hope Draco and the others will be able to help him.

I loved the ritual, with the elements, the stars and those things.

Great chapter, I can't wait for more!

Harry does have to make the choice to help himself, so Draco and the others may be limited to offering moral support.

Beautiful symbolism. Of course Harry is going to give more of himself than agreed upon; Draco planning on having words with Harry afterwards gave me giggles. That's how it's always gong to be in their relationship. Not surprising that Harry can handle the flames but not the Beast; anyone confronted with their worst fear like that would be hard pressed to stay sane. The cliff hanger is a nail-biter by all means.
