Reading Narcissa and Draco's conversation made me a little weary, not because of the writing or the content, that was fantastic, it just dawned on me how switched on they are. Every moment is of importance to these people, and no detail is small enough to overlook. I do not think I could handle paying that much attention to detail in my own life without being completely exhausted by it.

I totally agree. Even when they are just among family, they are still playing games - even if they view them then as somewhat of an expression of love!

Hee. I don't know if anyone is like that- though I suppose it's not impossible- but there is at least one moment here where Draco is not so switched on: where he's babbling about his love for Harry. Of course, Narcissa then reins him in.

I think Lucius' pov was my favorite in this chapter. I like how Harry is still able to flabbergast the malfoys, even when Narcissa seems to pin a part of his personality down. I hope there will be opportunities for them to appreciate Harry's gryffindor nature in future! Am especially looking forward to Harry's trick. Fabulous update!

Thank you! Poor Lucius. No one really warned him about the way that Harry was able to face down and even hurt Narcissa and Draco in hospital.

The exchange between Draco and Narcissa was perfect and the nail down the cheek was a power move. Great chapter!

Hahaha, I do so love seeing a Malfoy flabbergasted. How many times has Harry managed that so far this fic? *grins*

I like how Draco jumps out of bed. And the description of drool! Little details like that help make the characters a bit more...human. Realistic? Hmm, whatever. Lovely work. Happy New Year!

Too many for the Malfoys' comfort, certaintly!

And thank you! I hope you had a happy new year, too.
