PERMISSIONS AND PLOTTING

Sep 20, 2010 19:06

OKAY, first:

I hereby give permission for anyone who would logically have knowledge of Transformers to viciously fourthwall Starscream all they damn well please. GO RIGHT ON AHEAD. Be warned, though: reminding him of how much of a miserable failure he is will get you an earful.

Now, from YOUR end!

Starscream has an unusual ability: he's dead. Technically. To be a bit more complicated about it, Starscream has an immortal spark (Transformer soul). This means the following:

- He's insubstantial. However, he can be contained by force fields of all types (including strong magnetic fields)
- He can posses people/things.

It is this latter thing that I need permissions for. Basically, I need to know the following:

1. Is it OK for Starscream to posses your character's stuff? That is, if they have a pet roomba, a coffee maker, a nice hovercar, a cell phone, whatever, can he get his ghostly self into it and cause havoc?
2. Is it OK for Starscream to posess your character?
3. If it's okay for Starscream to posses your character, how strong-willed are they? Would they be able to resist him fully taking over their body, or would he be able to control them like a puppet? Would there be a struggle between them?
4. Can Starscream mindrape them gain access to your character's memories? Note that which memories are entirely up to you - the memories are random. Also note that there can be bleed - your character can get some of Starscream's memories in the process (again, this is random)

We can obviously work out situations where this would occur over AIM or PM, or here in this post, or whatever. I am 100% open for both plotting and shenanigans.

Other notes:

Starscream, while immortal and nearly indestructible, isn't totally invincible. If your character is:
a. A god or equivalent entity (angel, demon, sufficiently advanced alien, Vorlon, member of the Q, etc)
b. the owner of an artifact-level weapon/object (ie, Excalibur, the Soul Edge, whatever)
c. the lucky owner of a spike of pure crystal energon in an unstable state

They can kill Starscream, either by virtue of being a godlike entity, or by stabbing him with the artifact/crystal. If it's the latter, he'll explode somewhat violently, but he'll also be quite dead.

Kvestions...?
