To be completely honest, Lenna wasn't even sure why she was here. She wasn't especially interested in ponies, let alone horses. Once again, she asked herself the question: Why was she here?

And she answered it pretty quickly too.
Because you didn't want to study.

A sigh escaped as she wandered through the front entrance when a sudden ruckus scared her out of her wits. Sounding as if something had fallen, she rushed to the source to see an Asian lying on the floor, a fallen saddle nearby. "Are you alright?" Lenna asked, worried if he was alright. As she made her way closer to help, she finally got a clearer look at his face.

"Yong Soo?" To tell the truth, the only reason she knew him was because of his connection with Mei. She held out a hand to help him up, unsure why he was here in the first place.

This place was odd. What was a sea-pony? Did they exist? What did they taste like? These were all questions echoing through Sverre's head, but the main question at hand was, "How did I get here? This doesn't look like a mall at all."

Sverre had no interest in ponies, sea-worthy or otherwise. He never meant to come to such an unusual venue. He merely wanted to finish his errand and get back to the shop. Madame had sent him out to get scented candles to cover the pot for mood purposes. Sverre didn't really care one way or the other. It wasn't that cold and there weren't any customers. He had just been trying to think of an email to write to his half-brother.

Sighing, the blonde boy trodded through the doorway into the entrance. All he wanted was directions, but the other ranch occupants seemed otherwise engaged. One was on the floor and the other girl was leaning over him, confused.

He wanted directions but these people didn't seem to know which way was up. Or how gravity worked, apparently.

Finals were next week, and Kim was not looking forward to them. Because of work and studying, she hadn't had time to even help out at the ranch, so she decided to do that today. Thursdays were great, she had the day off, so she could come and check out how Windsong was doing.

When she reached the ranch, an odd sight met her. Three people, two of them she recognized easily. What were they doing here? She couldn't remember either Yong or Lenna showing any interest in these animals. Ever. They hadn't even talked about horses or ponies before.

" What're you two doing here?" she asked, tilting her head a bit.

...Is there a specific reason you're nagging me about irrelevant things? 13_foundations December 22 2009, 06:24:13 UTC
Okay, so there were four people. Alfred snorted to himself, patted Glory in a way that said 'I know, I know... We never get people who know what they're doing...' before slipping out of her stall and jogging quickly over to the scene ( ... )

Wanted a ride? Was that some kind of raunchy offer? Sverre didn't know, but then, as soon as this guy had started talking, he had stopped paying attention. It wasn't like anything was actually getting said. He should never have come in the first place.

"Look," he said, stepping forwards, "I don't really want to ride a...um...seapony. I just want to get to another shop on the beach. One with scented candles. I need them for my boss."

Seeing that non one appeared to no what in the world he was talking about, he exhaled in irritation.

"It's a long story," he said, "one that doesn't really matter. Can someone just tell me where I could get some? Unless for some reason, you sell them here."
