In all seriousness, the weather was going from merely unpleasant to dangerous. Eduard had no idea how he was going to get back to Aroon in time. There was no way to walk back and taxis and buses were out of the question. He wasn't even getting cell service right now. He had no choice but to take shelter in the candy shop. At least he wouldn't starve.
Arriving in the store, Eduard experience a wave of much needed heat. It was clearly an upscale venue. Eduard should have suspected as much. Aroon wouldn't have sent him to the next best shop.

"Peter. How fitting. I certainly would have expected to see you here. I know how much you love youthful things."
Eduard was sending all his worst thoughts at Peter, while letting that last crack about the Kirkland boy's adoration for Raivis sink in.

Just as Tino was about to answer Peter to tell him that he had also been driven here by the snow, he heard a familiar voice speak out his name, and he turned around, seeing none other than his dear roommate. "Oh, Eduard, you're here too?" Small world indeed, even here in America...Nodding at Eduard's remark about them rarely seeing each other, Tino shrugged his shoulders and smiled lopsidedly, still completely unaware of ( ... )
