Who: Toris and Sindre Where: Toris' workshop When: Monday 20th, late evening What: The Blond Thief comes to make a request and ends up getting one in return. ( may I at least have something to call you by? )
"Hei," Sindre called out as he entered. He wasn't discomforted by the fact Toris didn't turn to him; in fact, it made him respect the man a bit more. He'd rather pay a man who was more focused on the work than the money he might get from it.
Settling against the counter, Sindre watched the tinkerer. He wondered what it would be like, being able to make something like that. Put it all together and know that it existed only because you brought it into existence.
He immediately chased the thought away. If he had time to waste on such foolishness, he wasn't doing what he ought.
A last touch to the machine and it was ready for another few rounds, Toris ignored the last part with a roll of his eyes that was hidden by him being turned around. "I guess your nickname stays." He said simply, he didn't expect a name, he just wanted the other to back off a little, give him some space.
Picking up the grappling hook and snapping it back into place Toris turned around, "I'm not exactly part of a 'team', if you hadn't noticed." He gestured to the rest of the room, filled with contraptions but only with people when they wanted something from him.
"Raivis has one. Closer than kin or whatever you want to call that. As for myself? I've got people who pay me for my services." With that he handed the grappling hook back to the blond, quickly turning back to business.
"I will keep in mind about the addition and see if I can get the material for it. Until then you've already paid for the grappling hook itself."
Very nearly stopping himself from flinching when the other turned back, thinking he'd come to return to the argument, Toris blinked a few times. He'd heard the name before (though he couldn't pinpoint where) so it was probably an alias, he knew Blond Thi--Dismas would not trust him with that information.
After a moment, he nodded, "An alias I can work with." He turned around to head to the back room, waving his hand in the other's direction, "Now, Dismas, take your stuff and go before I change my mind about having you pay."
Sindre flashed another quick grin at Toris. "My real name's worth more than just a free hook," he told him, before doing as he said and leaving the shop.

Sindre just took the hit with a grin. "You can know our names if you join our crew. Feel like becoming a full-time thief?"
