WHO: Wilm and Chun WHEN: Monday, mid-afternoon WHERE: Wilm's shop, and later Chun's. WHAT: There's only one man Chun knows that's scary enough to scare away vagrants.
Willem had been at the register, his own lunch spread out before him. He jumped when his door was thrown open with a bang, head snapping up. When he saw who it was, his lips turned downwards into a scowl.
"Chun," he said, voice even and annoyed, giving a warning edge to the word.
"A-ahhh," Chun backed away almost instantly. Don't look him in the eyes. No eyes. No eyes. Ah ah ah ah ah shit.
"T-there are these vagrants in front of my shop?" Chun blurted out, wringing his hands. "I was just wondering if you wanted to come scare them away." His eyes darted back and forth.
"But..." If he only found an officer, the event wouldn't stop. He'd lived in the underground before. They would always find him. Unless they didn't think it was his shop...?
"I'll give you a discount on the watches you want from me! I'll buy the watches from you for an extra price! We can talk business?"

"After you finish lunch, of course?"

"And this concerns me how?" he asked. "Get the law to help, or find some passing military member and make them actually earn their pay for once."
