Where: The Green Palace.
What: Mei needs advice on how to handle her upcoming fame as a famous pop star. So she asks the help of the only semi-famous person she knows.

Saving that cat proved a bit more challenging than he'd first thought. The visible claw marks on his left cheek were at least not bleeding, but they did sting a little bit.

Moon had washed them, gotten off work and switched into some more comfortable clothes. Mei had suddenly decided to invite him over to the Green Palace for dinner. They hadn't seen each other in a while, so he accepted.

Having dinner made for you was always a nice treat, and Moon didn't refuse free food.

When he reached the Green Palace, he saw Mei wave him over. He walked over, and noticed a familiar scent. So good... Moon felt his mouth water already, and he hadn't eaten after getting off work yet either.

And in a private room? Wow... Mei must've had something planned. Moon knew this was the VIP room.

"Hi, Mei." he said with a bright smile when he came over to her. "It smells delicious."

From her waitress training, Mei had learned that touching a customer on the hand or the shoulder was a good way to earn an extra tip, and that was exactly what she was doing. Her hands were practically groping Moon as she sat the man down opposite of her.

"How are you---Oh my god, what is this? Is that... a scratch? What happened to you? Did you get attacked? Holy crap, are you okay? I knew it, Liberty is getting more dangerous by the seconds! I mean, I thought ever since Mayor Freeman was elected, things would get better, but damn it, it just doesn't, does it? Do you need anything---Does it hurt?"

With her closeness to Moon, to the untrained eye, it totally looked like she was hitting on the older man. For Mei, it was all part of a play. Get Moon to like her. Then get Moon to tell her all his secrets.

It was a little amusing to watch Mei be like this. He couldn't resist a little chuckle, and at her questions, he shook his head. "No, I'm fine. It was just an angry cat." he said. Angry might've been an understatement though... It really didn't wanna get down from that tree.

At least not be saved by someone it didn't know.

"So, how have you been? It's been a while." he said, wondering what Mei had been up to these last months. 'And why invite me to this delicious-looking dinner?'

"Angry cat?" Mei's eyebrow instinctively raised, and her mind started moving at the speed of light. Cats. Angry. Catwoman. Batman. Batman in tight. Batman boning Robin in the back of the Batmobile. If anyone was looking at her at the moment, they would notice the hint of drool slipping out her mouth and the weird twitch she had in her eye. "Hmmm, Robin... Ah! Oh! Wait, how did you get involved with a cat? I didn't know you have any pet."

She adjusted the plates and bowls on the table and started serving Moon his food as she continued to speak.

"W-what... I mean, we are friends, right, kind of? I can invite friends to dinner. You're close to Kim. I'm close to Kim. She talks about you sometimes. And your girlfriend, uh... shoot... what's her name... Kelly? Cammy?"
