It took a few minutes for Remy - a dedicated tomboy - to get into the purple dress and heels (Yes, she was probably going to trip and kill herself) that she'd bought with Thera, and a bit longer to put makeup on properly. She was only used to stage makeup, so trying to look normal took a bit more effort.

She finally managed to get it perfect though, smoothing down her dress for the last time and giving herself a nod in the mirror. It would all be worth it just to see the surprise on Moon's face. She didn't think he'd ever seen her in a dress before, let alone high heels and makeup.

The thought made her smile, as she stepped out of their room, and into the living room where he was waiting.

That was true, Moon had never seen Remy in a dress, all dolled up and pretty. Of course, he thought she looked pretty no matter what, but this certainly took him by surprise. Yes, he'd told her they had to dress up a little for where they were going, but...

"...Wow..." he couldn't help it. He stared in awe. And his mother saw her too, and practically squealed, before giving him a little jab at the jaw. "Moon, it's not nice to gape like that! You'll embarrass her!" she scolded, making the poor guy blush.

"S-sorry..." he said, and looked at Remy, before smiling. "You look beautiful..." he said.

It embarrassed her just a bit anyway, but Remy wasn't complaining; her cheeks had gone pink from the moment that 'wow' slipped out.

She was glad Abby seemed to like it, though; there was a little part of her brain that had been nagging her that the dress was just a hair too short, or that it would be better to have sleeves. The approval of a mother - even if it wasn't her own mother - made her feel better about it.

But that was nothing compared to Moon saying she looked beautiful. Now she understood what people meant when they said their heart skipped a beat.

"So do you. I mean- uh... Handsome. Sorry." She blushed brighter, flustered now. She couldn't believe she'd just called Moon 'beautiful' just like those goofy girls in movies.
But to be fair, he did look really good in that suit...

He heard that little slip, and chuckled. It was nice to know she thought that, he didn't exactly wear suits too often. But today was a special day, so it was worth it.

"Thanks." He said, blushing a little himself. His mother looked at the two and giggled. "You two have a nice day, ok?" she said and gave them both a hug, before Moon brought them both outside.

"Are you ready?" He asked, looking at her and taking her hand.
