The Murder Game: Day 002
[while the conversations and discussions bubble on slowly, anyone not paying attention would notice as, at the the top of the stairs, there is the sound of a bolt turning. Everyone stops. Everyone turns. Everyone looks. The double doors slide open. As a group, or so you hope, you all start up the stairs. At the very top you find yourself at the end of a long hallway with flickering lights and at the farthest end, it disappears into a darkness thick and dangerous.
You look to your left and see a door. It is marked #18 and has a small scanner next to it. Obviously you know what to do, but as you go to scan your arm, you stop because something on your right stops you. Something across from door Number Eighteen. Maybe one of your is brave enough to read out the words, maybe no one speaks and you all simply read.
Some of you start to walk and notice that in total there twenty-eight doors. There are only twenty of you and two of you don't need this clue. Two of you know that this clue might help you figure out who they are. Eighteen of you need to find a clue. The hallways are empty save for old equipment and the state is completely disgusting. But there's nothing you can do. You can only keep moving, keep looking.
Who knows how you pick your doors. Perhaps it's a lucky number? Perhaps you're just waiting for everyone else to pick. Or maybe you're waiting to organise everyone. Who knows. But you all know one thing. There is one clue room and only one may see what's inside.]
