WHO: The Italian Bros WHEN: Friday October 15th, noon WHERE: Vargas Mansion #2 WHAT: Feli’s been locked in self-isolation for 4 days, Romano insists he get the hell out.
It was only the second time Romano had actually been inside the second, comparatively smaller (yet still large) Vargas property. The first was a house-warming visit Feliciano had insisted he be a part of, and now quite ironically, he was there to welcome (read:force) the younger Italian back out of the house
( ... )
Feliciano stumbled, squinting at the bright sunlight decorating the long hall and rubbed at his eyes with an annoyed whine. That was not how he wanted to be gotten out of his room after being in there for so long with only artificial lights
( ... )
Sooner? Romano evidently winced. Luddy? tried lots of times?
Was he meant to have come sooner? Had he not set a good example by leaving Feliciano alone like he'd been asked to? Dammit was it not possible to do anything ri-
Romano blinked. "They don-" Wait. He'd done something right? The elder wasn't quite sure whether to feel appreciated or insulted, and so he dropped the case completely, craning his neck back to try and glance inside the room. "Mmm."
"Yeah yeah, the cafe." He dragged led his brother to the Ferrari out front, (Another telltale sign that Ludwig should stay far away) and literally dumped him into the passenger seat before crossing to the other side.
The vehicle backed out with a screech that could wake a neighborhood and they were off. "So, what the hell were you doing in there anyway?"
Feliciano leaned forward and started to fiddle with the radio as soon as he was forced lead inside the car, trying to find something that didn't count as American trashy music. He finally settled on a station playing classical music, leaning back and watching the world fly by in a whirl of color a light.
It took him a few minutes to answer seeing as he was a bit distracted.
"Painting... It's what I put on the note right?" He tilted his head, brows furrowed in thought. "Or did I forget? Anyways I was painting." Like that time when they were teenagers and he was told he'd never see Otto again and like the time after their parents left and he'd settled in with Ludwig.
"I made a lot this time. I could have finished more but everyone kept calling, I could hear the phone down the hall." He sighed and let his forehead lean against the glass.
"How about you fratello? What have you been doing?"
