Even the short span of five minutes was almost too much for the poor girl. Lucy-Marie had managed to stumble upon comments that seemed to spell out his feelings rather... well bluntly.
He loved her?
Dewi Ainsworth loved one very flustered Lucy-Marie Mickaela Soleil?
The only thing that kept her fainting at the very sight of the words was the fact that her feet were very quickly taking her to the front door. She opened it without a word, grabbing Elizaveta's arm and pulling her inside and down the hall to her room. "IT'S FOR ME!" she called, hopefully keeping her parents out of the loop of any of this.
She closed the door to her room and leaned against it, taking a deep, shaky breath. "Dewi Ainsworth."
Elizaveta opened her mouth to speak before having to close it, suppressing a squeak of surprise. Geez, that girl had muscles hidden somewhere under those cute little arms.
After being dragged for a while, she kept quiet until they were in her room. Then she exploded.
"You're kidding me!" She replied at first, shocked. Then she said again, "You're kidding me! OH MY GOD LUCY YOU HAVE HIT THE JACKPOT." Almost squealing, she led Lucy further into the room. "Okay. Tell me everything."
Lucy breathed out slowly, falling back on her bed, arms spread out as she stared up at her ceiling. "I... I don't even know where to start!" she admitted.
"I mean... I've liked him for so long... but... We were such good friends and- well I kinda thought he was gay when he was dating this Asian dude but it turns out it was only an acception and-" she took a deep breath, laughing and relaxing slightly, a blissful smile on her face.
"And... he kissed me. On the lips- for... like, ever!"
"On the lips? A Professor?" Elizaveta flopped down on her side next to Lucy, grinning. "Oh, you lucky, lucky girl. What in heaven's name did you do to him? He must be smitten."
Laughing, she rested her head on her hand. "So what are you going to do next? I hope you haven't been hiding from him."
