Slowly he peaked his head through the door, eying John's room nervously before he stepped in. His overall appearance dripped with guilt as he sat himself on the edge of John's bed, sweaty hands folded neatly in his lap as he tried to find the right words for his dilemma.
His eyes stayed looking down at his hands, too embarrassed to look up at his cousin as he swallowed his nerves and said, "John...I did something downright despicable the other day."
"Somethin' so downright s-strange and terrible, its got me thinkin' I can't be normal..."
Loto felt his disgust with himself growing more and more once he began to recall the scene of his crime once again.

The chair spun in place and John eyed the lad with a bemused but patient look, taking in the anxious wringing of hands together and the self depreciating curve of Loto's spine. "Oi, oi. What's so horrible it's got you lookin' like this eh? We'll take this nice and slow, so you just start at the beginning and we'll just see if we can't suss out a solution together. Can't be all that bad."
Endearing, certainly. In an odd, familial sort of way. He offered the boy a cheerful smirk, motioning for him to continue as he attempted to appear as welcoming and attentive as possible.
