Conner grunted in surprise when suddenly Peter flung himself at his chest- tripped? - and they ended up hugging. A bit awkward after last night but if the kid wanted a hug who was he to say no? It took Peter a long moment of staring at Conner before he fully understood what his Irish brother had wanted. Redness flushed his cheeks. The last person to give him a piggyback ride was that Aussie man, and that had been embarrassing, considering that he hardly knew the man.
