Logan walked leisurely through the forest, content in his natural environment. It was nothing like the outback of Australia which was vast an almost endless with danger at every corner, but this forest still had the calming qualities. As long as Logan was around any kind of nature, he would be relaxed and every single one of his worries would disappear.

He headed to the forest after his shift at work becuase his apartment was too empty and Biff was starting to attack Logan with the intention to kill. Logan knew it was becuase the critter missed Raivis but for the first time, he wasn't in the mood to fight.

He headed to a small river for a drink and spotted a familiar figure. He grinned as he approached her and sat on the dirt next to her.

"G'day! Hope ya don't mind me joinin' ya! I'm just here to get a drink and I'll be on my way."

So the day wasn't as peaceful as she'd first planned, but that didn't bother her too much. At least it wasn't someone she didn't wanna spend time with. And it had been a while since she'd seen Logan anyway. Not since that... dreadful visit at the vet's.

At least their pets didn't kill each other.

" Not at all." she said with a smile, and looked at the river. So nice and pretty....

Logan only had an empty canteen with him so he filled it up and then splashed water on his face, wiping off grit and sweat that accumulated from the hike there. He took big gulps of water then let out a satisfied sound. He turned back to look at Kim, grinning from ear to ear, and asked "What brings ya out here to the outbacks of Liberty? If ya don't mind me askin'!"

Logan was never the kind for small talk but he rarely saw people when he went hiking. With most of his buddies gone or missing, Logan hasn't had much human interaction and he was almost missing it. Which was odd becuase Logan was practically raised by animals and nature.

City life was making him go soft.

It didn't take her long to finish her food. The sandwich tasted extra yummy today, maybe cause it was devoured outside. Being outside gave food a better taste, funny enough.

" Not at all." she said, and looked at Logan. He surely seemed like the outdoorsy type. Considering he DID have a freaking koala as a pet. And his accent didn't sound typical American, but she shouldn't dwell on that.

" I just needed a little peace and time away from the city.... And from school." she said.
