Hey, grats on going to CSU :D. I'd move "Paying the phone bill" at least above 4, coming from a gamer I know once you start playing other things tend to... drop off the list (I know I play vampire not D&D, but its all the same)

D&D and Vampire are not all the same, sir. I've played a lot of D&D and never once wore a costume or hand signaled my attacks in a hotel hallway.

People are good at all sorts of things. Most of them are inane. Do what you want to do, don't take advice from any of these shady characters.

I've also never seen people get married or job references/offers because "of their D&D characters". ;)

While I'm not getting married to anyone via that, I am getting an internship (should the financial institution exist when I gradumate). The best D&D ever did for anyone was get people to help move.

...because if you're just driving, you still only need a birth certificate and state ID.

Also, once upon a time (10th grade), I half-learned how to knit and decided "OH, I KNOW, I'LL KNIT SCARVES FOR ALL OF MY FRIENDS." I got through like, one 8th of one scarf and gave up. I still have it, it's in my top drawer of my dresser, still sitting in the needles. lol.

well, i guess that means that you will get your reward right before you die, like maybe in your last moment you'll just see flashes of a bunch of kittens or something.
