The first time he noticed it, he laughed out loud. In the street, where any passerby with a camera phone could have seen him. Madness, the way of life now, absolute madness ( ... )

George opened the door, threw his coat roughly at the stand and set his red box on the floor. He sniffed the air like a bloodhound; polish - beeswax polish - a hint of lemon, and was that dinner of some sort as a background note? He stuck his head round the doorway into the living room - it was positively gleaming. And the armchairs in the right place, and the lamps properly positioned; Peter must have been fussing over the cleaners as they worked, possibly with a tape measure, George suspected ( ... )

He lifted a sheet of paper he'd folded to resemble a letter. "There is the matter of a bill to be paid," he noted, peering over his glasses. "A bill sent to your father by the college. For damage incurred during a riot ( ... )

George gripped his ankles firmly and adjusted himself to the position. Filthy old man, he thought smugly. Couldn't keep his hands off the goods; disgraceful behaviour in one's staff. He stifled a snort but a modest covering for a new implement wasn't a bad idea at all, and Peter's interest in underwear was worth remembering ( ... )

He wasn't sure he'd ever dressed up as a bloke for sex before. Well, apart from the times when he'd just happened to be dressed as himself and then had sex, of course
