Just off the top of my head, I know the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Indiana University at Bloomington both have good archive programs! I'll look through my old notes and see what other schools I had written down. (I'm an archivist, too.)
Make sure that whatever schools you consider are accredited by the American Library Association, because it really does make a difference when you apply for jobs.
I have heard good things about the NC State program.
I myself attend the online program with Valdosta State University, and I really like the professors I have dealt with so far (even though I have only taken like 5 classes).
Almost everyone in my department has either graduated or is about to graduate from VSU and they have gone on to have very successful careers. :]

I've wanted to get into archiving, I've been researching it a bit on my own and it seems like the most interesting to me, especially coming from a history background.
