In my biopsych class yesterday we started learning about sleep and dreams and biological rythyms and all that business. There were a few theories about dreaming, and I remembered that when I took psych 101 we had a week that we had to record our dreams and try and interpret what they could possibly mean ( Read more... )

just one opinion but still something to consider maybe? huggybee February 11 2005, 00:13:19 UTC
I know it's just one site's view but they sort of go hand in hand in relation to your current love life situations. *shrug* I've spent years studying dreams. I have the weirdest ones ever.

Maggot
To see maggots in your dream, represents your anxieties about death. It may also be indicative of some issue or problem that you have been rejecting and it is now "eating away" at you . You need to confront it for it is destroying your sense of harmony and balance.

Lips
To see lips in your dream, signifies sensuality, sex, love, and romance. They are also seen as a means of communication as in the familiar phrase "read my lips".

That's kind of creepy how all that works out with how my life is. Maybe it does mean something, but then again, maybe it doesn't. I've never really gotten anything meaningful out of dreams, so I'm not sure if now is the right time to start...

as long as you feel the interpretation is coming fromt he right source (ie God) then there's no harm in it. I started studying dreams when I was a kid but that was because mine started coming true... talk about creepy. I was nine and I dreamed the answers to my math test. I seriously thought I was going insane. and that was just the beginning

what happens when there are weird people that are sort of vampire-ish creatures chasing you, and they killed your mother, and she had her intestines falling out of her mouth? it was really really gross.
*now i know who to ask about my strange dreams, hooray!

and whit dear, sorry, that was a yucky dream, i still love you, you should have a dream about that!

I often had dreams of falling when I was in High School. Almost everything on dreammoods.com seems to fit in one way or another (with just a little bit of creative interpretation). The only thing is that I often hit the ground, and sort of bounced; I always thought that was kind of funny. Sometimes I did wake up with a jerk just before hitting.
