So sad! I really liked how you used the image Jimmy falling on the floor. He said "yes" to an angel, but that angel is no more, consumed by Purgatory, therefore Jimmy's sacrifice becomes much more tragic.

Yes, Jimmy's sacrifice and everything about Castiel's storyline becomes so much more tragic once you know where season six ends. This vid starts out playful, but I couldn't help that it became tragic at the end. (And sadistically/masochistically that's my favorite part of how it turned out...)

Yeah, it's almost unhealthily catchy. Though I found a way to banish it. All I have to do is think about the credits from John from Cincinnati. That banishes *anything*. But then you're stuck with that in endless loop. Very dangerous game.

Thank you! And for all your help and encouragement, always!

Wow, that was really intense. D: Poor fuckin Jimmy, man. I love Cas, but from Jimmy's perspective he must be little more than a monster.

Thank you. Yeah, it's easy to forget about Jimmy, and really I've never been that invested in him, but when you think of where Castiel started, what his proclaimed intentions were for Jimmy, it is heartbreaking and tragic for both of them, only Jimmy didn't get to decide.

And he can't change it. Cas can still back down, but Jimmy's completely stuck. Assuming he's still in there somewhere, ofc.

I like the quirks in the editing beats. It's unpredictable and I love not feeling safe when watching. I don't know when the next cut is and I don't know where it's going. I love that feeling. The music choice is fabulous too.

Thank you!! Seriously, thank you. Because that was the point with this vid, and as it was playing at VVC I was thinking--why oh why did I ever choose *this* vid to be my debut at VVC, because no one is going to get what I'm going for. And if they do, they probably won't like the feeling of discomfort anyway! So this comment means the world to me. <3

And also, (and I'll be making a rec soon) I have to tell you how much I completely adored your challenge vid. I think when all is said and done, it was my favorite vid from the con. It was absolutely beautiful, like poetry, and challenged what we think of as vidding in the best way.

Screw that. I think it's a great vid. I like strange little gems like these that feels so outside/inside.

LOL, speaking of, that vid of mine is so strange.

This is really amazing! I love the mood you created here, especially with the use of the black frames, it has a truly unique feel to it.

Thank you! I really appreciate the comment. I was going for a syncopated, unnerving feel with the black frames--I'm so glad that it worked for you!
