1. To be more open and honest with my opinions. The world isn't going to fall down if I disagree or stick to my guns.
2. To think up some fun things for Wilm to do in the next year so he doesn't get boring
3. To stop saying "that looks cool, but I could never do it" and start saying "that looks cool, I think I'll try it."

2. Get off my ass and kick Ivan and Dewi into gear.
