I got an e-mail from Gaia Online, telling me that my account has been blocked following nine failed login attempts. I haven't been online at all today until just now, and I haven't even looked at the Gaia site in years. o_O And yet, somebody decided they wanted to try to break into my long-dormant account. name_go_here theorizes that someone probably saw

You reminded me that I have a Gaia account, so I went to see if it was still active after all this time. It is, and I'm amazed. Maybe I'll check it out once in awhile so it won't go neglected like my Neopets accounts did. And I don't think I'll go back there because 1) I heard they changed things and not for the better and 2) Between Pogo and Diablo 2 and The Sims 2 and (soon again) WoW and now Gaia (and various forums and journals) and work, etc ... well you get the picture.
