So, I was meant to go to the birthday party of one of my best friends tonight, and then all the trains were cancelled. I am not feeling terribly happy. And this is a depressing time of year for many of us in the northern hemisphere (and many in the southern one, too - fuck forest fires). Solution? Obvious.

Leela Cat, your writing is top-notch; one of your stories is in my top-ten-all-time-HP-favorites list. If you ever get the time and inclination to return to HP, there would be rejoicing all around.

Your icon is so etched into my mind that whenever I see it, I just think "fandom" and "love" and "nostalgia". I know you haven't written much lately, but you will always be part of fandom in my mind.
