It seriously is. I love it to pieces, and the central metaphor - the lighthouse, the rocks, the shore - is perfect.

But yeah, I see why. It's so painful and well-done, and maybe hits especially hard for those of us with more fragile mental health.

Yes, I do seem to be ridiculously wibbly at the moment. Sorry. I like the poems, otherwise I wouldn't click but sometimes they make me want to curl up in a ball and go 'meep'.

I've dated two people who suffered from depression and it was more painful than I have words for. This actually comes kind of close.
