I am tired and not very happy today; the vicar at the church I went to as a kid threw himself in front of a train. He was defrocked a few years ago for having an affair, and... yeah. Even worse, I don't know the status of his relationship with the woman in question - but the guy she left to be with this man? Killed himself too

Thanks. Idk, it's very weird: sort of swinging a lot between 'omg person I've known my whole life who used to get the kids to bring their presents up on Christmas services killed himself horribly' and 'acquaintance I haven't seen in a few years is dead' emotions, and the two really have very little in common.

I know. :( And it was - Youngest Sister went to get the train home from school and couldn't, because someone had killed themselves and the station was closed, so my mum picked her up. And then a few hours later someone called and told her who the nameless suicide had been. Just argh.
