It's pretty bad when my English book on Chaucer and Gender Theory just made me foam at the mouth about Arthurian legend. But seriously, if you're going to use Mallory, use Mallory, which means Morgan le Fae was an ambiguous character and had nothing to do with Mordred's birth or conception aside from being related to both parties.

. . . Why can't people just do the research? Then again, if they did, there wouldn't be a trope about not doing the research. =/

That reminds me, I saw a book about Guinevere and how she meets Arthur in B&N the last time I was there. Also about how Arthur gets Excalibur.

And Excalibur is brought up in the series I'm currently reading. John Dee uses it to kill the Yggdrasill/World Tree as well as the goddess Hecate. There's a lot of mythology brought up in that series in general, and there's only two books out so far, but I like it.
