this proves why the law is such a sensitive subject. the unions are protecting their members but when used in this way, it's used against the tax-payers.

The system and the policy is flawed. We must, however, respect due process, which everybody is entitled to. Also, some of these people maybe falsely accused and don't want to be there in the first place as well.
