Just by watching a recap of 2009 events, i heard something i wasnt thinking of hearing. Ontario prime minister can speak in french O.o;;

I'm pretty sure all Premiers have to be fluent in French.

Does the official languages law force Provincial PMs to speak both english and french. I know that law does force federal services to be in both languages.
