I'm lying on the floor of Newark Liberty International Airport, my head reading on my camera case, leeching power, paying for WiFi and trying to stay awake till my flight back to San Francisco boards. Last Sunday I got back from Birmingham. I'd been in England for a week or so attending the GUADEC conference. It was pretty awesome. I'm at SFO getting ready to board a flight to London, and then I'm off to Birmingham for GUADEC, the GNOME Users and Developers European Conference. I've been wanting to go for 7 years.

I'm told Birmingham has good curry...
