Catholic parents never stop nagging. Although it's not so much nagging as it is...passive-aggressively guilting. Mom keeps telling me how lonely she'll be in heaven without me.

My parents are both too jaded to believe in the supernatural, but they're always on the lookout for something to nag me about. Their fall backs are criticizing my love life and trying to steer me into politics.
I just tell her I'll go to confession more often and change the subject.
