All I really want to say about this right now is to say how impressed I am with the London emergency services. There's no doubt at all in my mind that many more people would have been killed and injured had they not responded in the magnificent way they did.

Hear, hear. And despite all the cuts they have had to endure in recent years.

They were splendid. As were the Met. I know the police have problems but I firmly believe there are more good guys than bad ones in the ranks.

We had a Muslim woman and her nephew along for their first karate class last night. I got quite choked up about my lovely multicultural karate posse and the fun we have.
