Well, in south-central England, anyway. It's a mere third on the list in my neck of the woods. (Figures go back about 100 years.) The flood barriers were going up again in Bewdley this evening: the prediction is for a peak of between 4.0 and 4.5 metres on Friday night, which would be the highest level this winter.
