Well, in south-central England, anyway. It's a mere third on the list in my neck of the woods. (Figures go back about 100 years.) The flood barriers were going up again in Bewdley this evening: the prediction is for a peak of between 4.0 and 4.5 metres on Friday night, which would be the highest level this winter. We have the wind already, so you can keep that. Ice and snow? We'll have some... though 20 below zero is too much of a good thing.
