Well, I suppose it would. Though who knows? Maybe pufferfish towers have been popular in parts of China for decades. You never know where this world is concerned, and a good thing too.
True, there's always a place for notable figures to be commemorated in public statuary, but I'm entirely fine with art for its own sake, and outright surrealism. (It's perhaps just as well I'm neither an architect nor a billionaire =:)
