It's a lot of fun to try to mix in the differences while keeping it canon-close, so I'm glad you're enjoying the ride.

I'm so glad you commented on the voices! It's hard to tell if you're getting them to resonate. I'm pleased they work for you.

For the rough and tumble sort, he’s got enviable eyelashes.

Ha! My thoughts exactly!

I love this. Awesome chapter again. This is the comic-Rogue we all know and love. The movie should've been like that. Why couldn't Fox write it like this? Wouldn't it be an awesome sight to see Anna flying with Hugh on her back? *lol* Bet it would be hilarious. And I love Logan's 'whoa, whoa, whoa!' Hahaha!

Haha, she's so little and he's so *tall,* at the very least. The green-screen prep would've been hysterical.

I love that we get a weakness for Logan in X2 -- he *hates* flying, so that on top of everything else...Let's just say the man is not gonna be happy with our girl upon arrival. *Pets Rogue very carefully.*

Confession, though -- I've never read the comics, so I'm glad the sass is universally recognizable, hee.

Another great chap! I think the fact that you've given Rogue Carol's powers nicely complements her stronger personality. I mean, I like the movieverse Marie, but your Marie is so much fun to read about, too :D
