Of course, the first game with the national team was the most beautiful one because it was played on the highest level. It was my first international game on the first team of a nation like Germany where it’s difficult to become an international player because there are so many good players. It was a great time and I’m only 20 so I hope that there will be more games to follow.
I believe that when you choose to become a footballer and give everything for the sport, your personal life will have to suffer from that. While others go to parties, it’s time for you to sleep. Or when others do stuff in the afternoon, it’s time for you to train. But I consciously chose this path and I was proven right because it turned out well.
