Doesn't look like they are on sale yet, only the games scheduled for next month are available as far as I can see. You can get tickets here: http://www.eventim.de/cgi-bin/tckets.html?affiliate=dfb (the first link is for if you are a fanclub member the second if not).

I don't know if this is the best or cheapest was, though. DFB say on their website: "Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt liegen uns aus Österreich und der Türkei noch keine Kontingente/Preise vor, so dass wir den Verkauf noch nicht starten können."
Means they haven't started selling tickets, because they don't have the prices etc yet. So perhaps wait for them?
