I've decided that blogging and keeping a journal is not for me. I still really enjoy Livejournal-land but I haven't got anything to say for myself to the world at large.
The last time I sat down and re-read the Deverry books must have been sometime last year because I had bought The Gold Falcon and wasn't sure I would remember all of the plot leading up to it.
Every few years I re-read the Deverry books because they are great favourites of mine. Funnily enough I'm waiting for Amazon UK to deliver my order for The Spirit Stone - it has a waiting time of 6 weeks, which is annoying :(
I really enjoy Katharine Kerr's SF books too, in fact I would go so far as to say she is one of my favourite authors. I love the attention to detail she shows in all the worlds she creates and I love her strong, female characters.
Heh, yeah, there's a whole lot of plot to remember. I quite like how she mixes present and past. I enjoy looking at the tables, when they appear, at the back of the book about the various incarnations

Looking at the tables in the Deverry books and remembering who used to be who is fun for me too. I like how she brings elements of a previous incarnation into a current life; some of the characters have to learn lessons based on how they lived before

w00t for the 10 points! Been a long while since I read them all. I last did that after getting The Spirit Stone.
How many of Katharine Kerr's books have you read?

Have you read her non-Deverry books as well?
