I bought a $3 lemon today.

It was *sooooooo* worth it.
Sea Bream and Tuna sashimi with fresh yuzu lemon, mirin, and light soy sauce.

yeah - me too. It was amazing. There's something special about Yuzu, it definitely doesn't taste like a Western lemon. :)

I also adore meyer lemons. You should play with a ceviche/sashimi with those as well :p

i love the new japanese market that's down the road from where I live. If you can find a place in Chicago (I bet you can), you may be able to find fresh yuzu as well.
