it's horrible to pick up calls ne. lots of qns that i couldnt answer and i have to keep asking my colleagues and reply to the callers in this very very uncertain tone. i feel so worn out alrdy. i hope there's no more ><

and has anyone (actually i think only twin) watched Last Friends!!!!

i dont work in a call centre! the phone thingy was part of the job though :( Last Friends is nice hoho. ADDICTIVE.
