Lately I have been feeling very nostalgic. I had promised Matt that I would meet him for coffee last night but I made him call my cell twice and my house once before I would finally speak to him. And then I canceled. I told him I had started my period and was feeling under the weather which isn't entirely untrue. Except I felt fine other than ( Read more... )

That's one of my favorite books.

If I have Invisible Cities, and if you send me your address again, I'll send it as an apology for sending nothing until now. It's a sad dreamlike book that makes me want to travel even at the same time it reminds me that no amount of travel can cure loneliness.

A good book for your trip.

I haven't read that one, so, if you have it, I would love to borrow it. I hope Arizona is beautiful and school is going well and I especially enjoyed your post about the drive you took the other day on the road that leads to nowhere. I've been in moods to drive with no destination lately. At night, mostly. When the weather is nice and I can match music to my moods. I miss you (=

The ringing telephone story was my favourite as well. That and the one were they're trying to dispose of the dead body.
