Status of LochJournal

Hi guys. Thanks for hanging in there still...I know that it's been a while since version 1.1 came out, and there's a lot of problems that need to be fixed. Don't worry, though. xb95 has not abandoned the project, and is working on the next version of LochJournal. However, he's been very busy as of late, which is why it's taking a long time for it

Sure--I've never really done much in the way of UI (at least anything that's seen other eyes), but it sounds interesting and I'd be willing to try. :)

Or you could have a competition.. of course, people might want actual skins then. D'oh. ;)

Nice to hear that LochJ ist still being worked on. (Though I have to admit that I switched to Semagic a while ago, because of the empty mood problem.) I'm looking forward to the new version. Keep it up!

I just realized that I never told people how to fix the blank mood thing! It was fixed on LiveJournal's side, but LochJournal doesn't delete old mood lists, so the blank mood is still there. So, to fix the bug, first make sure that LochJournal is closed. Then, go into the directory where LochJournal is (probably C:\Program Files\LochJournal\) and then go to the "moods" directory. You should have a text file for each service that you use LochJournal with. Delete all of the text files. Then, open up LochJournal again, and it should automatically get the moodlist(s) again. And voila, the bug should be fixed.

Sure - I'd love to help with the graphics! I do have some programming experience too, so I shouldn't be that hard to work with. ;)
