I've been burnt for the first time in years; and it wasn't even by the element on the stove. I believe that I have gotten enough vitamin D to last me until my nineties. Oh and increased my chances of skin cancer by 99%.

That bad?
I'm SO glad I remembered my sunscreen because there's a small patch on my back that didn't get covered with sunscreen and it got pretty burnt! At least it's not all over.

Nah, it's not really that bad. I was lightly toasted on my upper arms but it's hard to tell. I missed two spots on my upper back and underneath my right arm.

Strangely enough, the experts now claim that you're more likely to get skin cancer (or worse) from the toxic ingredients in sunscreen than from the sun itself. Hope that makes you feel better.

Not really, I used a lot of sunscreen too.
