Well it starts out pretty slow. I love it to bits but YMMV, it's extremely crazy. It starts out a fairly simple-looking "save-the-world" fantasy thing with .hack overtones, and then explodes into the kind of crazy shit Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles pulled, except it doesn't take itself too seriously.
